All content, designs, graphics, and underlying source code created by Strich Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, the rights to the final deliverables are transferred to you, while we retain the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.
Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise specified in your contract. Late payments may result in the suspension of services. We reserve the right to change our pricing and payment terms with prior notice.
Strich Digital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific rankings or financial results from our marketing efforts.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice as specified in the service contract. Upon termination, you remain liable for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to the date of termination.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable local laws, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
